The Job that I chose is business analyst. It is a job that helps an organization to improve how it conducts its functions and activities in order to reduce overall costs, provide more efficient use of resources, and better support customers. It introduces the notion of process orientation, of concentrating on and rethinking end-to-end activities that create value for customers, while removing unnecessary, non-value added work. The person who carries out this task is called a business analyst
The reason I chose this job is because I am interested in business. A business analyst or "BA" is responsible for analyzing the business needs of their clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions. Within the systems development life cycle domain, the business analyst typically performs a liaison function between the business side of an enterprise and the providers of services to the enterprise. Common alternative titles are business systems analyst, systems analyst, and functional analyst, although some organizations may differentiate between these titles and corresponding responsibilities.
The International Institute of Business Analysis has the following definition of the role: "A business analyst works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. The business analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals."
This job will let me be exposing to the outside world and there will be many interesting project.

The responsibility of this job is providing proactive financial and operational analysis to support the general management's monthly financial performance, leading cross-functional and interdepartmental teams to create and improve keys processes and systems that affect finance, operation and sales or marketing. I will also conduct investigation and analysis for directors and managers to understand key business issues and provide critical information for planning will also coordinate the development of business and product line plans and provide cash flow, price and revenue analysis as well as determine variances between variance between bid and final cost of completed customer project. Lastly, I have to file legal documents for legal entities, representative offices, licenses and so on for Asia south and will also support internal audit and follow up of outcomes.

There are some Pre-requisites for the job like having a recognized degree in science, business or equivalent, possess at least five years of relevant work experience in a multinational working environment and good understanding of financial planning and analysis with initiative and the ability to work independently. These jobs also need a strong negotiation and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal English.


I have been trying my best in my studies and working for the O-levels. I am now trying to learn about business will have plans to guide me and after my O-levels, I will try to get into Singapore polytechnic to study more about business and when I grow older, I will help my father in his business.

chinese new year

This year on the Chinese new year it is a very special week for me although it is no different than other years.This year it is more meaningful as my two cousins and my aunt from Canada came to celebrate this meaningful event with us.They don't come to Singapore very offen so we tried to spent our time with them very often and we were luckly that they were staying in our house.On the Chinese new year's eve, my whole family together with them gather around the steamboat happily having our dinner.I was in cloud-nine.The next day when i woke up,i receive the biggest red-packet from my parents,i was so happy that i gave them a big hug,after all they are one who took care of me the past few years.Then many relatives from both my mother and father sides came to visit us.Changing oranges are a must when visiting other people house.Chinese believe that changing oranges means prosperity and giving luck to others.As we visit more and more relatives,our red packet increase and we were all very happy.

We spent our first two days visiting relatives and the last two days,we went out with our cousins as they were going back on the fifth day of Chinese new year.First,we went ice skating with them,they were ice skating champion as they thought me a lot,it was my first time as it was a good experience.Next we went "Escape theme park "we has a awesome time there as there were many fun and thrilling rides.There were many games and we won many prizes.That was the best day of my life.The next day,we went to "wild wild wet"with them,we spent almost the entire day there tyring out the rides and playing in the water.We were all tired and lethargic when we came back.And the next day,we send them to the airport.Tears and hugs was there.Were waves our hand as they left.it was a meaningful Chinese new year.

Technology a thread or a promise

Technology a thread or a promise?To me i think that technology is both a thread and a promise.Reason being,technology can help us in certain ways and at the same time harms us too.Why do i think technology is a thread,it is because as technology improve,everything becomes more advance,that include our weapons.From a gun to machine gun and riffle and from bombs to atomic bombs.This creations of human is a thread of technology.Human use this invention to battle and to prove whose the stronger one.Because of this there are war.Many people suffer and died because human take technology for granted.

I also think that techology is a promise.Reason being Not only techology is providing comfort to us it is also saving many vaulable lives.For example,in the hospital many lives are save because of technology.In the past,some disease cannot be cured but now with the help of technology many lives are save.

On the 7th of March, our school brought the whole corhord of secondary three express and normal academic to the Singapore flyer at marina bay for a learning journey. As we were in the bus cater by the school, I was whirling in exciment when we were about to reach the Singapore flyer. We could see how tall the flyer was and can't wait to get on it. In the bus, I expectated the ride to be very high up that I can see the whole of Singapore. This is because it is said that Singapore flyer is about forty-two stories high. I also thought that there would be window for us to look down and hat will be extremely thrilling. As we reach the Singapore flyer, our whole class dash down the bus and quickly line up for the ticket. We were a bit disappointed that we have to wait for the ticket and a teacher explained what we should do. I think that that is very important as like this, we are prepare and know what to do in the capsule. Then when we receive our ticket, integrity one was the first one to get on the flyer. Upon reaching the Capsule, I was shock that it was so big and can fit more then twenty-eight person. We were very lucky that our principle followed us in the "flight" throughout the journey. Before the ride, I was very excited and nervous as I never been to such a high place.

As the capsule came, our group that our form teacher group us earlier on dash into the capsule as in it moving. We were all in cloud-nine as this is there first time doing such a thing with our class mate. As the capsule slowly close, we all grab a seat. Some of our class mate who can't wait stand up looking thought the glass. As we capsule slowly rises, we can slowly view beautiful scenery of marina bay. We can see places like "Merlion Park", "Singapore River", "Padang" and many more. When we reach the top, the scenery was fantastic .Every thing was miscues. It was as if they can't be touch or felt.

It was very exciting as we reach the top of the Singapore flyer. Looking down the capsule was very thrilling as it was like you were about to fall.I really enjoy the ride as it was as if i was flying.When i was at the top,the landscape that caught my eye was the padang.As I never been to it before but watch the national day parade on television.I was curious about it since then and today I finally close view on how it looks like.I that that there is ample time on the flyer as thirty mintes was enough to enjoy the senery,measure the volume of the capsule and group discussion.I think that we are lucky that we took the Singapore flyer in the morning as ther it wasn't too hot and just enough brightness to view the landscape.Opposite,if we has taken the ride on the Singapore flyer in the evening,that would been nothing much to see as everything would be pitch black.I was quite dissapointed as i could't see the whole of singapore although it was very high.

There were memorable moments like sitting in the capsule with our dearest principal and taking photos with her,expirence like this only comes once in a lifetime,not many people can have such chances, can they? It was hilarous when we used one of our classmate as a measuring instrument to roughly estimate the height of the calsule. Unfortunly, one of our classmate had acrophobia,his actions and expression had cause us to jerk at him , in a friendly way of course.

I think that this trip is worth going as it has not only bonded as a class but only learning in a fun and educational way. I will defitenely go for another "flight" if oppurnity pops ups again. Being in the capsule makes me feels top of the world and carefree,it feels like all my burden has been forgotten. I would recommmend the the Singapore Flyer to all my friends and family members because as a singaporean,we must be pround of Singapore's very own creation and award winning tourist attraction.

Discuss chong boon school rules

Chong Boon secondary have strict rules but I have to agree that some are helpful but some make students dislike the school.School rule are an important factor when wanting to buit a successful school.School rule are necessary to maintain order but at the same time the school rules have to be acceptable.The first rule i like to discuss is about the students attire and appearance.Chong boon secondary school's uniform is one in kind as it is very unique.It is very special as it is design my our follow schoolmate.What i disagree about is that the P.E T-shirt can only be worn during P.E lesson and can't be worn after recess.I think that student have to cool down after the lesson and if the lesson is right before recess,after the student change,they will feel rather uncomfortable. The next rule I like to discuss is about the hairstyle.This rule has made many student unhappy and angry as teacher catch them during assembly just because their hair is untidy or too long.The student is then given a date to have a haircut,is this necessary?Too me i think that for boys,if its too long,a haircut is require but date that the student is free.Normally,the teacher will just give a date and want the student to have a proper haircut by then.If the hairstyle is untidy,the teacher should see if it long,and if it is a haircut is needed but some times student just look bulky and all it needs is maybe to comb it or gel it up.

The next rule I like to discuss is about keeping the canteen and school clean and free from litter all times.I think that the consequences of detention is a bit too much.Student should pick any litter when seen any.The next rule is when electronic like mp3,hand phone and many more is being seen ,it will get confiscated.I think that the school should allow students to use this item but only in certain area like library,hall and others that is if they do not make noise.student may need music to study or can even concentrate better.

Has the internet done more harm then good

For this topic ,i think that the internet has done more good then harm.Reason being,the internet has been a very important source of entertainment and information.In the past,if your family or relatives are at overseas for studies or other reason,communicating with then is a problem.If we use the household telephone it would be very expensive and at that time it is unfordable for most people.The only thing they can do is wait.But now after the internet in invented,most of our problem are solve .There are many uses in the internet like we can go online to chat with our friends and family,play online games and many more.We also don't have to write letter like the past,all we need to do is to typed what you need to said in your e-mail and sent to the opponent .Now a days kids would no bother to look for information that they curious about from encyclopedia or dictionary,they would rather go to website like Google or yahoo and search up a whole bunch of information and then slowly read it.Kids like it this way as it is more fun and interesting,not only that there is words,there is also images and videos for them to understand better.

Once to reach secondary school,you will realize that you will need the internet more as there is tons of project waiting for you to be done.Without the internet,it is hard to be done as you would not understand the topic.The internet not only is a source of information,it has alot of knowledges to be obtain.Beside just gaining knowledges,there is other uses of the internet.Things you can do from the help of the internet are online shopping where you can purchase your items form the list and pictures seen,mostly it is paid by your net account.You can also book tickets from airline and also booking of hotel room.It is very convenient.

The only disadvantages are that the teenagers are acctracted to the games.There are so many games to play that a child can spent one whole day playing and forget very thing,many important things like completing school work and studying.Computer games are sort of like an addiction and at this time parents would give limits to them.A person should know their limits and control them self ,then their life will be balance .

Something interesting that happen in the holidays

During the holidays in 2007,I did many interesting and exciting things that was fun.First i found and part-time job that could support me on food.It was a very fun as job my colleague were nice and friendly.I also manage to gain independent as no one was there to help me if i did any wrong.But the real excitement began when i am going to Thailand.All of my relatives from my mother sides are going together with me.It was very exciting as this was my first time traveling with all my cousins,aunt and uncle.It was a free and easy trip so it was very relaxing.We set off at Christmas's eve in cloud-nine and as we were in the airplane waiting for it's flight,we were very happy as we were sitting together side by side and the feeling was very warmth and cozy.

When we reach Thailand at noon, there was two private bus there that my uncle hired for us.we quickly rush into the bus and our first destination was to the elephant farm.It was very exciting as this is the first I am going to ride an elephant.As it step on top of the elephant's back,i was scared and nervous.Two person for an elephant so i sat with my cousin.The elephant took as around the farm.As it was getting late,when had to go back to our hotel but to our surprise,it wasn't a hotel but a resort.It was a dirty old resort.We tired to looked at the bright side that it was Christmas's eve.For dinner we tired Thailand food and it was delicious.Then we went to the city to "count down' for Christmas.The next day we went to a field track for an ATV ride.It was very fun i got to ride alone.Then at night we went shopping.There was noting much to buy there.The next day we went to "Dreams world" an amusement park.We had alot of fun sitting on the rides.

Then it came the second last day.We piratical spent the whole day shopping.We went to a near by shopping center buying things.Then at night we went to a night market i bought alot of things there.The next day ,we went back to singapore,it was a very interesting tour and i can say it was really something interesting that had happen to me.
